This assessment has been essential to align our sustainability strategy with both the impact of our operations on the environment and society, as well as the influence of external factors on our business. Our strategy is built around four strategic pillars, integrating sustainability into every aspect of our operations.
These pillars ensure targeted progress in critical areas such as energy, water management, employee wellbeing, and ethical business practices, supported by strong governance and leadership. This work is already helping us embed sustainability into our business planning and culture, and we believe that it will support the long-term resilience of the business by ensuring we are well-prepared for evolving market demands and regulatory changes.
