Arennis, CVF, PBP
Arennis, CVF and PBP are involved in the collection and concentration of bile across South America. Using their own logistics fleet, they collect bile from a network of suppliers across the region and deliver it to our primary facilities for preliminary processing.
Arennis is our Argentinian facility, situated in Buenos Aires and Clorinda, Formosa state. CVF is headquartered in La Paz in Uruguay and PBP is located in Luque, Paraguay.

BBA
BBA ‘Indústria Química Ltda’ is our Brazilian operation, which has grown to become the largest collector of bile in the world. Situated in Jacarezinho, in the southern Brazilian state of Paraná, the facility is strategically located on the Transbrasiliana Highway. Using its own logistics fleet it is the centre of the South American bile supply network.
The facility manages all the production steps from the collection of bile to the production of Cholic Acid. It is equipped with state-of-the-art stainless-steel reaction vessels, agitated nutsche filter dryers and a centrifuge with considerable capacity.

ICE Suzhou
ICE Suzhou is our operation in China for the collection of bile.
This subsidiary manages our business operations in China and is a strategic sourcing hub for ICE Pharma.

Riaz
Located in Piacenza, Italy, Riaz is our facility for processing products of bovine, ovine and porcine origin.
The continuous production cycle enables us to process raw materials supplied by partners across Europe to produce components for the chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
Riaz has invested heavily to minimize its environmental footprint through recycling processes and continuous investment in research and development.

Roth
Roth is our facility for the purchase, collection and processing of bile in North America.
The site has two plants in Amarillo, Texas (HQ) and Adel, Iowa. Both sites work together with suppliers and shared logistics cover the North and South of the US. Houston seaport is a strategic hub from where we supply customers and our own requirements.
