Stefano Bianchi

Stefano Bianchi is Group Head of Research & Development at ICE Pharma, a position he has held since March 2021.
Stefano has 25 years of experience in pharma companies. Prior to ICE Pharma, he worked at FIS (Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici) as Director of New Generic Launching Unit, where he led a multifunctional team dedicated to IP, Quality and Business Development in charge of providing broad support to customers, while overlooking the whole Life Cycle Management for commercial API. Before FIS, Stefano worked in TEVA as Global New Products Introduction & Change Management Sr. Manager, where he was responsible for new APIs Launch preparation.
Stefano holds a MSc in Chemistry from University of Milan.
