概述

Sodium Taurocholate (NaTC) is the taurine conjugate of cholic acid, a water-soluble bile acid naturally produced in the liver of many animal species. As amphiphilic compound, the bile salt NaTC is used to improve the solubility, stability, permeation across biological membrane of drugs.
